RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Soaps & Butters will gladly accept cancellations. Please request a cancellation before the item has shipped. 

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Soaps & Butters is not responsible for delays due to customs.
