SHIPPING POLICY
Estimated Shipping Times
North America: 3-5 Business Days

We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. Holidays and weekends are not included in processing times.
Once your order ships, you will receive a notification with tracking information. All orders will ship on time, unless notified in advance. All packages ship USPS with 1-5 day delivery times.

FAQS
Where is my package?
If your package shows its arriving late via USPS, please contact USPS directly via their website or 1-800-275-8777 to get an update on your package. The tracking number is attached to your Etsy order where it says "track package".

Why was my package marked delivered but not at my residence?
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.

Will shipping or weather affect my products?
If you reside in an area with higher temperatures, please use discretion when ordering as we cannot be responsible for melted products. Our products are all natural with no added chemicals or preservatives to prevent the whipped butters from going into an oil form. If your butters melt, please refrigerate up to 30 minutes to solidify, the texture may change, but you will still receive the same amazing benefits. Soaps and Butters should not be held liable for weather conditions nor the transit of the package through USPS.

Whipped Body Butters will hold 8 ounces by volume, not necessarily by weight. Please keep that in mind when ordering whipped body butters. If the consistency melts, please refrigerate until it’s solidified.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Mail that is returned as incorrect address will have to pay additional shipping to be resent out.
